I would like to share my experience from a visit at dentist, dr Grażyna Mróz that works in LuxMed at pl. Dominikański 3, Wrocław. I visited her after I had received a recommendation from another LuxMed dentist at ul. Legnicka, two weeks earlier. When I went into her room, the doctor asked me which tooth I had the problem with. I answered honestly, I couldn't remember if it was left or right because it ached 3 months ago and since then it was perfectly OK. I passed her an X-ray ...

I would like to share my experience from a visit at dentist, dr Grażyna Mróz that works in LuxMed at pl. Dominikański 3, Wrocław.
I visited her after I had received a recommendation from another LuxMed dentist at ul. Legnicka, two weeks earlier.
When I went into her room, the doctor asked me which tooth I had the problem with. I answered honestly, I couldn't remember if it was left or right because it ached 3 months ago and since then it was perfectly OK.
I passed her an X-ray CD I was had from my previous dentist and tried to explain the whole problem.Then she started making inappropriate, rude comments that I would never
expect a doctor to say. Fortunately it was interrupted by a mobile call that she answered and then disappeared.
In around 8 minutes I spent there, her mobile rang loudly twice. I was left with a nurse for most of the time.
Dr Mróz's behaviour was arrogant and since entering the room she made an uncomfortable and non professional impression.

I lost my confidence in her and I decided to cancel the surgery.Before the visit I had consulted my case with another LuxMed dentist. I asked about an approximate price of the procedure and I was told a number that was not even a half of the amount this doctor asked. After all, I didn’t do the surgery and I had to pay a consultation fee that was not cheap either.

I decided to make a complain, so I was directed to another doctor. I had to wait for about half an hour, but he was busy with another patient, so it was OK.
All my comments were written down and I was told, that although he was not able to do anything about her, he would take care of letting the company know about the incident. Moreover I was told that I wasn't the first person that had such an issue and that other people also complained about her talking by phone
during work.
At the end, he offered to return the money I paid. When I was getting the money some clinic staff gave an impression that this situation wasn't just an accident that happened a first time.
The reason I share my experience is that a dental surgery is not a nice experience and it shouldn't be made even worse by an arrogant and rude dentist. Especially that she has so many good opinions on Internet forums that do not correspond with what I saw.
This is of course my personal opinion and feeling, other people could have more luck but I hope to never have such an experience again.

Przesympatyczna osoba, pełen profesjonalizm, gabinet bardzo nowoczesny. Naprawdę bardzo polecam, zwłaszcza tym, którzy szczególnie obawiają się takich wizyt ;-)

Najlepszy lekarz pod słońcem, nieoceniony chirurg. Rwanie i leczenie zębów naprawdę może być bezbolesne.

Jak najbardziej polecam. Nie rozumiem tylko dlaczego ściągnięcie szwów kosztuje 20zł przy koszcie wyrwania zęba 450zł.
